Donna Terre is a native New Orleanian with over fifteen years of research experience. She began her career in research while working for an OB/GYN as a medical assistant. Her research specialties include: Uterine Fibroids, Obesity, Diabetes, Female Sexual Arousal Disorder, Hypertension, CDIFF, Migraine/Headache Management, Smoking Cessation, Anxiety, Depression, COPD, Pediatrics Flu Vaccines and Menigococcal Vaccinations.

Donna loves research because it promotes advances in diagnosis and treatments as well as prevention of diseases while providing access to new drugs, medical devices and procedures typically unavailable and unaffordable for most patients. Working in research has allowed her to make a difference in the lives of many people and for that she is grateful. When she’s not working you can find her socializing at a wine tasting, listening to live music or attending one of New Orleans many festivals.
